I lead design programs for a UX organization of 130+ professionals, creating clarity and enabling collaboration across 47 product teams. I conduct evaluations of existing processes, tools, and practices to identify what's working and what's not - and then collaborate with UX, product, and engineering to implement impactful solutions that multiply what "works".

For nine years, I brought stories to life as an Art Director (set design manager) in the film industry. Starting in research and project management, I evolved to lead my department in crafting the visual landscape for each story. I managed hiring, resource planning, budgeting, vendor relationships, and roadmaps for the design team while collaborating with cross-functional partners, and creatively problem-solving to achieve the vision, often within extreme time and resource constraints.
